BOLZ-SUMMIX

Once founded in 1964 as Alfred Bolz Apparatebau GmbH & Co. KG in 1964, BOLZ Process Technology GmbH, based in Wangen im Allgäu, was founded in 1995 in its present form. As early as the 1980s, the focus was on customised plants for mixing and drying.

Today, we are one of the world’s most important manufacturers of machines and system solutions for mixing and drying processes, mainly in the pharmaceutical, chemical, fine chemical and food industries.

In 2010, BOLZ joined the HEINKEL Drying and Separation Group as a founding member. Since May 2024, BOLZ-SUMMIX, alongside COMBER, HEINKEL and JONGIA, is part of De Dietrich Process Systems, the most comprehensive global supplier of engineered systems, equipment and services for the fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
